At Casa de los Saboreswe deeply appreciate your interest in our culinary culture. To ensure the freshness of our ingredients and the highest quality for our classes, we operate under the following reservation policies:

• Cancellations by the Guest
  We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation:

48-Hour Notice: If you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of your class, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (which covers operating and administrative fees).

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: No refunds of any kind will be issued if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or if you fail to attend the class.

• Cancellations by Casa de los Sabores
  In the unlikely event that Casa de los Sabores must cancel a cooking class, 100% of your deposit will be fully refunded to you.

Note on Refunds: Please keep in mind that refunds processed via PayPal may take up to one week to reflect on your statement, depending on your banking institution's processing policies.

•  Minimum Group Size for Classes
  Our group classes are designed around community and shared learning, which is why we require a minimum of 3 participants to run a class.

In the event that the minimum number of students is not reached:

We will notify you no later than 10:00 AM on the day before your scheduled class.

We will offer you the following options:

Reschedule: Transfer your reservation to another available date.

Private Class: Convert your booking into a private class experience (subject to availability and an additional fee).

Full Refund: Request an immediate, full refund of your deposit.
