We can organize private classes (minimum 2 people) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays with prior notice.

Group cooking classes start at 9:00 a.m. and end at approximately 2:00 p.m. If you have other activities planned after the class, please keep in mind that the class may end a little after 2:00 p.m., as preparation time varies.

Las clases privadas de 5 horas con visita al mercado inician a las 9am y terminan a las 2pm.

Las clases privadas de 3 horas en la casa de la chef se pueden adaptar a la mañana o a la tarde. Posibles horarios son: 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 3 pm, 3pm – 6pm.

The group cooking class include a market tour, transport from the market to the house of the chef, a mezcal tasting, cooking instruction, recipes and all food and drinks. 

With a private class, you can choose the menu.

Cooking classes are taught in English or in Spanish and English, depending on the students' nationalities.

You can book a cooking class directly on the website using the reservation form, by email to casadelossaboresoax@gmail.com , or via WhatsApp at +52 951 588 5909. Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of at least $550 MXN per person. No spots will be reserved without a deposit.

The deposit fee can be paid via PayPal or in person in cash. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the class. We only accept PayPal payments or cash payments at Restaurant La Olla. We do not accept bank transfers.

Yes, we also offer private dinners or lunches at the house of the chef. A five-course menu with a mezcal tasting and drinks costs $1800 MXN pesos per person.

If you need to cancel your cooking class reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class. The full amount will be refunded, minus the deposit fee. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or if you do not notify us 48 hours in advance.

Classes are open to children aged 8 years and older. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children.

Most menus can be adapted for vegetarians. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before making the reservation. Thank you.

Yes, for an additional fee of $850 MXN per person and with a prior reservation, your family member or friend can enjoy what you have prepared during the class.
